Dr. Kerry Ridgway

Dr. Kerry Ridgway

The late Dr Kerry Ridgway taught Equinology’s Saddle Fitting program for many years. He was well known and respected for his independent, no-compromise approach to saddle fitting and was a favorite amongst students. With his passing in early 2015, Equinology was left with a huge loss; there will never be another Dr Ridgway.

After much searching, Equinology has proudly secured a teacher who will offer an entirely new version of the EQ700; Dr Anne Bondi of the Saddle Research Trust. Dr Bondi will present an independent approach to saddle fitting over 5 days which includes examples of trees, pads, saddles measuring devices, templates, demonstrations and a variety of horses with saddle fitting issues and most important; practicals with horse and riders utilizing the skills learned in class. Following the onsite portion; participants return home to complete a four month externship of case studies. This externship component is also included in the tuition fee.  Full course details can be found by clicking here.

To honor Dr Ridgway’s legendary contribution to the equine world, the USA division of Equinology®, with the support of Christine Heraud-Ridgway, is proud to offer a full scholarship place for one student in the 5-day EQ700 program with Dr Anne Bondi scheduled for July 29-August 2, 2018 in Petaluma, California, USA. The tuition of $1795USD will be waived for the recipient awarded this scholarship. If you have already registered for this course we will return your monies used for the deposit and or tuition.
